Micron Idaho Semiconductor Manufacturing (Triton) LLC Develop, maintain, and improve one or more process modules, including design rules and structural and electrical specifications for alternative flows. Optimize existing process flows and develop creative solutions to meet product requirements. Design and execute DOEs (Design Of Experiments), analyze results using statistical analysis software such as JMP, and provide feedback to product teams for yield enhancement. Extract, monitor, analyze, and respond to inline data, defect data, parametric data, and probe data to address yield issues, improve performance and reliability, add process margin, and reduce costs. Work cross-functionally with Design, Product Engineering, Modeling, Yield Enhancement, Electrical and Physical Failure Analysis teams, Defect Analysis, Parametric, and Quality teams to understand issues, targets, and priorities for development. Summarize complex problems, explain actions taken to address them, and drive the team to execute. Define sub-milestones for the project within module. Maintain and enforce effective communication between PI (Process Integration), Process Development, and the Pilot Fab. Ensure timely documentation of R&D (Research & Development) activities in module for transfer to Manufacturing. Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Electrical Science, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering or related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in an engineering-related occupation. Position requires: 1\. Validation and qualification of new processes, tools, and materials for new product introduction using SWR, Vector, CDEEZ, or JMP 2\. Managing audits of
