At this level, you have developed your skill set to confidently tackle all but the most complex problems affecting the team. You will lead the delivery of essential IT services and small to medium-sized projects, either independently or by guiding other engineers. You will act as an owner-operator, taking accountability for the success of the systems within your area of responsibility.
