Job's mission As an Manufacturing Engineer at ASM, your mission is to turn advanced engineering designs into high‑quality, reliable semiconductor equipment that serves customers around the world. You will support day‑to‑day manufacturing operations while learning how complex systems are assembled, tested, troubleshot, and continuously improved in a high‑tech production environment. Through close collaboration with experienced engineers and global operations teams, you will develop the skills, confidence, and technical foundation needed to grow your career while contributing to ASM’s role at the forefront of semiconductor innovation. What you will be working on Partner with the Global Operations (GOPS) team (Manufacturing, Production Planning, Procurement, and Quality Engineering) with emphasis on manufacturing processes, cycle time, assembly/test sequence, and quality. Provide first line engineering support in resolving daily operation issues in semiconductor equipment manufacturing, through collaboration with a team of multidisciplined manufacturing engineers, manufacturing supervisors and technicians.
