This is an early-career role for someone ready to operate independently with guidance — owning local workflows and support queues rather than only handling basic troubleshooting. Based in our Tallinn office (~60 people), you'll be the primary technical point of contact on-site, keeping our cloud-based and hardware systems reliable, secure, and scalable, and partnering with global stakeholders to improve the everyday employee experience.
