The Role Checkout.com http://Checkout.com is looking for an enthusiastic Engineer I to join our IT Operations team. This is an early-career role for someone ready to operate independently with guidance — owning local workflows and support queues rather than only handling basic troubleshooting. Based in our Tallinn office (~60 people), you'll be the primary technical point of contact on-site, keeping our cloud-based and hardware systems reliable, secure, and scalable, and partnering with global stakeholders to improve the everyday employee experience. How you’ll make an impact - Act as the primary, visible interface between Corporate Technology and the local Tallinn hub (~60 people), delivering both reactive and proactive support - Independently triage, diagnose, and resolve workplace IT issues within SLA, and escalate when issues exceed defined complexity thresholds - Partner with local team members to maintain office technology including desk setups, conference rooms, WiFi, and digital signage - Own the
