What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Manage the manufacturing process and deliveries of the aerostructures for satellite launchers and Ariane 6 from a Quality point of view, Manage the Non-Conformities and deviations opened during the manufacturing process, Definition and implementation of improvement projects to reduce Cost of Quality (inspections reduction and sampling), Participation in the offers for Quality Assurance and Quality Inspection activities, Follow up of budget consumption in the on going programs, Identification of cost deviations, and define action plan to recover, Lead the quality activities for the new structures developments and modifications (APQP, Control plan, Inspection Registers, PFMEA, FAI,. …), Launch and drive PPS process for critical and repetitive issues in the area, Ensure efficiency of the defined actions, Manage Quality and Operational Gates, Support the OES implementation and lead the Customer pillar according to the expected maturity level, Promote preventive Quality mindset within plant teams, ensuring the implementation of basic Q processes (Quality authorization, Quality Delegation, Operational Surveillance etc…), awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity

Nice to Have

previous experience in Production Quality will be taken into account, Knowledge in Composites technology (manufacturing and/or assembly) will be taken into account

What You'll Do.

Manage the manufacturing process and deliveries of aerostructures for satellite launchers and Ariane 6 from a Quality point of view

Manage Non-Conformities and deviations

Identify Non Conformities reduction opportunities

Follow up efficiency and cost reduction of Non Conformities

Define and implement improvement projects to reduce Cost of Quality

Participate in offers for Quality Assurance and Quality Inspection activities

Follow up budget consumption

Identify cost deviations and define action plans

Lead quality activities for new structures developments and modifications

Launch and drive PPS process for critical and repetitive issues

Ensure efficiency of defined actions

Manage Quality and Operational Gates

Support OES implementation

Lead the Customer pillar

Promote preventive Quality mindset

Ensure implementation of basic Q processes
