Full Job Description
**Overview** We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Field IT Member to join our Tokyo Head Office team. This role involves hands-on IT support, infrastructure management, and coordination with global teams to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong bilingual communication skills, a solid technical foundation, and experience in a multinational IT environment. **Roles and Responsibilities** * **Technical Support & Issue Resolution**: Provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity. * **Escalation Management:** Act as a point of escalation for end-users and coordinate with global IT teams to resolve complex issues. * **Security & Compliance:** Enforce IT security protocols and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies. * **Meeting & Event Support:** Set up and support townhalls and high-profile meetings, including AV equipment and connectivity for senior executives. * **Asset Management:** Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets including procurement, deployment, tracking, and disposal of hardware and mobile devices. * **Vendor Coordination:** Liaise with external vendors for hardware/software procurement, maintenance contracts, and service delivery. * **Invoice Processing:** Manage and process invoices related to IT assets and network services, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals. * Autopilot & Device Staging: Support Windows Autopilot provisioning and device staging processes to ensure smooth deployment and configuration of endpoints. **Technical Competencies** Hands-on experience preferred; foundational knowledge acceptable in some areas. **Requirements** * **Language Proficiency:** Native or business-level Japanese and English (spoken and written); JLPT N2 or above. * **Technical Knowledge:** Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles. * **Industry Experience:** Familiarity with Ja
