Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing. **Responsibilities and Tasks:** * Ensure compliance with safety standards and housekeeping in the work area; actively participate in safety improvement initiatives. * Lead and manage a team of Manufacturing Technicians and Technologists to plan and carry out daily operations, meeting cycle time and tool utilization targets. * Oversee shift operations, including periodic maintenance and equipment alarms recovery of AGVs, smart racks and RFID hardware. * Manage inventory and spare parts for all equipment. * Respond promptly to production line issues, providing real-time analysis, troubleshooting, and decision-making. * Analyze data and perform root-cause analysis to detect and resolve equipment issues. * Collaborate with tool owners and vendors for equipment investigations and issue resolution. * Drive operational efficiency through hardware/software enhancements, SOP improvements, and Total Productive Management (TPM) projects. * Participate in Daily Area Meetings (DAM) to align production priorities and report performance against targets. * Develop and mentor team members through regular meetings and one-on-one sessions. * Manage staffing levels, overtime planning, and approvals to meet business requirements. * Ensure timely completion of all mandatory learning items by team members * Explore and develop agentic AI approach to operation / equipment health detection, analysis, predict, and optimize performance. **About Micron Technology, Inc.** We are an industry lead
