Review requirements for test stations

Select equipment for test stations

Procure equipment for test stations

Create drawings for test stations

Validate test stations

Perform development testing on test stations

Identify design improvements for manufacturability

Reduce assembly complexity

Reduce assembly costs

Engage with Design Engineering for changes

Incorporate design changes

Coordinate with Design Engineering for testing

Coordinate with Production technicians for testing

Coordinate with Project Management for testing

Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering for testing

Coordinate with Industrial Engineering for testing

Coordinate with Quality organizations for testing

Provide solutions for nonconformance repair

Review quality metrics

Lead continuous improvement initiatives

Lead day-to-day test engineering efforts

Report on project status

Present project plans

Resolve production level issues

Perform earned value on non-recurring activities
