Full Job Description

As a Design Engineer in the NVE Design Engineering group at Micron Semiconductor Italia, you will contribute to the development of memory products that are best-in-class, using your specialized knowledge and Micron proprietary methods of designing and analyzing analog and mixed-signal circuits used in the development of memory products. Come and join us! **Responsibilities** include, but not limited to: • Contribute to the development of new NAND Flash memory products by supporting overall design, layout, and optimization of memory, logic, and analog circuits. • Design, simulate, and optimize NAND circuit blocks, balancing performance, power, area, and reliability trade-offs. • Perform comprehensive circuit simulation and verification (DC, AC, transient, noise, Monte Carlo, PVT corners) including parasitic-aware validation. • Collaborate with Modeling, Probe, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering to ensure manufacturability, quality, reliability, and cost targets are met. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in dynamic, multi-functional environments. **Min Qualifications** • M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. • some experience with circuit simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, FastSPICE, or equivalent). • problem-solving, and communication skills in multi-functional environments. **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience in NAND Flash, ROM SRAM or other memory technologies. • Familiarity with design automation, scripting (e.g., Python), or AI-assisted design approaches. • Understanding of layout constraints and interaction with physical design flows.
