These products are built for high reliability and critical use cases. You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and external partners to ensure qualification, screening, and acceptance practices are accomplished accurately. You will also develop reliability methodologies, assess product performance, and drive continuous improvement aligned to A&D standards and expectations. **Position Overview:** In this role, you will establish and enforce requirements, including specifications, Defects per Million (DPM) or equivalent experience, Failure In Time (FIT), and lifetime or mission profile expectations. You will ensure these meet customer and industry standards, such as NASA/GSFC PEM‑INST‑001 and relevant military standards. You will perform risk assessments, respond to product deviations, support manufacturing teams with reliability issues, and build deep product, process, and standards knowledge.
