Must Have
Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field, 5+ years facilities engineering or property management, 2+ years leadership role, Knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), Knowledge of general building works and soft services, Experience managing CMMS, Expertise in EHS regulations and compliance, Proven track record in contract management, Proven track record in subcontractor oversight, Knowledge of asset lifecycle management, Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs, Knowledge of Change management process for technical maintenance

You'll be accountable for critical building systems including elevators, mechanical systems, and plumbing while also managing contract compliance, risk management, and emergency response planning. Working closely with Account Leads and cross-functional teams, you'll ensure the seamless operation of facilities while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
