What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Vocational schooling, military training, certification and/or experience in building related trades required in 1 or more of the following areas: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry, Must be able to receive instructions and communicate progress of work assignments

What You'll Do.
Assist with preventative maintenance
Complete report work orders
Perform preventative maintenance assignments
Assist in checking electrical systems
Make minor repairs to electrical systems
Assist in checking hotel equipment
Make routine repairs of hotel equipment
Assist on major repairs of hotel equipment
Service the hotel's pool
Adjust pool chemicals
Clean the hotel's pool
Maintain the building exterior
Refurbish furniture and fixtures
Paint and finish furniture
Move furniture and fixtures
Respond to guest questions
Respond to guest complaints
Respond to guest requests
Comply with attendance rules
Be available to work on a regular basis
Perform any other job-related duties
