Become a member of the Johnson Controls family and thrive in an empowering company culture where your voice and ideas will be heard – your next great opportunity is just a few clicks away! **Key Responsibilities :** * Perform field execution activities including installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of systems under supervision. * Support intermediate-level design activities, including reviewing system layouts, drawings, and technical specifications. * Participate in project delivery by assisting in system integration, configuration, and optimization activities. * Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols during execution. * Provide technical support in resolving onsite issues and ensuring smooth system functionality. * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities as part of O&M support. * Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for effective project execution. * Maintain proper documentation of site activities, reports, and system changes ## **Required Skills & Competencies** * Basic technical knowledge of systems installation and commissioning * Understanding of system integration and field operations * Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills * Ability to work in field environments and handle site challenges * Good communication and coordination skills * Willingness to trav
