Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **What this job involves:** * Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of **preventive and corrective maintenance programs specifically for fire protection systems** , including but not limited to: automatic sprinkler systems, fire alarm and detection systems, emergency voice/alarm communication (EVAC), gas-based suppression systems, fire pumps, and hydrant systems. * Ensure all fire safety systems remain fully operational, compliant with local regulations (e.g., Fire Services Department requirements), and aligned with client risk management and business continuity standards. * Supervise and coordinate contractors performing fire system inspections, testing, repairs, and upgrades—verifying work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to approved specifications. * Diagnose complex faults in fire protection infrastructure and implement robust, code-compliant engineering solutions with minimal disruption to building operations. * Support capital improvement projects and sustainability initiatives where fire system integration or upgrades are required. * Maintain comprehensive documentation, including as-built drawings, test certificates, maintenance records, and incident reports for audit and client review. **Interested?
