Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **What this job involves:** * Monitor, operate, and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, fire protection, plumbing, and BMS systems * Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of building services equipment * Respond promptly to system faults or emergencies, coordinating with contractors or internal teams as needed * Maintain accurate technical records, logbooks, and compliance documentation * Liaise with tenants, facility managers, and external service providers to address engineering needs * Ensure all work complies with statutory regulations, safety protocols, and operational policies **Sound like you?
