Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **What this job involves** * Oversee the end to end management of building services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc) to ensure optimal performance, safety and regulatory compliance * Prepare, review and finalize tender documentation for building services projects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and procurement standards * Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and school stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and within budget * Conduct regular inspections and audits of building systems, addressing issues proactively to minimize disruptions * Ensure adherence to local regulations （REW A / B License requirements) and sustainability best practices **Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications Desired experience and technical skills Required ** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) * Minimum 5 years of experience in building services engineering * **REW A/B license holder is a must** * Proficient in preparing tender documents and managing procurement processes * Strong knowledge of building services systems and sustainability practices * Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment **Location:** On-site –Hong Kong, SAR, China If this job description resonates with you, we
