We are inviting applicants for an Engineer with 1-2 years’ experience in the consulting environment to join our geotechnical team in Victoria. On offer is the opportunity to join a highly skilled team with mentoring and technical guidance in report-writing, geotechnical analysis and design work for a wide range of projects nationally and internationally. The role duties will include: * Conducting desktop studies * Undertaking geotechnical site investigations, site supervisions and construction support inspections. * Assist in interpreting geotechnical data and ground model development. * Conducting geotechnical analyses and geotechnical modelling. * Assist in developing concept and detailed designs. * Report-writing under guidance of senior or principal engineers. ## Qualifications Experience: Ideally you will have the following- * Strong academic results and graduated with a minimum bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, with special interest in geotechnical engineering. * Field work experience especially soil/ rock logging according to Australian Standards * Positive attitude, strong work ethics, good written and verbal communication skills * Industry experience related to dams’ p
