What You'll Achieve.
Maintain hotel product quality standard; Ensure safety of hotel guests, associates, and vendors; Ensure compliance with company Engineering Assumptions/Culture; Ensure compliance with preventative maintenance programs and procedures; Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures; Ensure compliance with Mission Vision and Values; Ensure compliance with all Building/Fire/Health Department codes; Maintain building complex as energy efficiency as possible; Ensure guest satisfaction
Industry & Context.
Exposure to extreme temperatures, Operation of heavy machinery, Routinely lifting 25 lbs. to 50 lbs.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Vocational schooling, military training, certification and/or experience in building related trades required in 1 or more of the following areas: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry, Must be able to receive instructions and communicate progress of work assignments
Nice to Have
Hotel experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Assist with preventative maintenance
Complete report work orders
Replace ceiling tiles
Perform preventative maintenance assignments
Assist in checking electrical systems
Make minor repairs to electrical systems
Assist in checking hotel equipment
Make routine repairs to hotel equipment
Assist on major repairs of hotel equipment
Service the hotel's pool
Adjust pool chemicals
Maintain building exterior
Refurbish furniture and fixtures
Paint furniture and fixtures
Finish furniture and fixtures
Move furniture and fixtures
Respond to guest questions
Respond to guest complaints
Respond to guest requests
Comply with attendance rules
Perform other job-related duties
