12+ years of experience in software development, at least 3 years in a leadership role, hands-on expertise in C#, ASP. NET Core, Web API, React, Deep knowledge of SQL Server, including stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning, Proven experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture, Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or AWS DevOps
