Must Have
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, five (5) years of experience designing, delivering, managing, and improving IT services using Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) practices and tools, including ServiceNow, ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and reporting tools including Power automating processes, improving service delivery, and enhancing operational efficiency using analyzing data using Excel, SQL, and Python and its libraries, including NumPy, R, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, three (3) years include managing and manipulating relational databases, one (1) year includes creating interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau
