Engineer 3 leads preliminary network designs, assesses fiber resiliency strategies, and supports CRAN overbuild and backbone connectivity initiatives. This position partners closely with Design, Construction, and ISO teams to deliver scalable network solutions, while managing projects, supporting break/fix activity, and ensuring alignment to cost, quality, and execution standards. • Skill: Network Engineering – ability to understand and interpret high-level network designs and architecture • Skill: Fiber Design – experience designing fiber paths for hub relocations, new hubs, and backbone connectivity • Skill: Fiber Optic Troubleshooting – ability to support break/fix activities and diagnose network resiliency issues • Skill: Project Management – ability to intake requirements, manage, track, and deliver projects end-to-end • Skill: Cost Modeling & Budgeting – experience developing preliminary cost models and managing budgets for redundancy builds • Skill: Communication – strong vertical and horizontal communication skills with leadership, construction, and cross-functional teams • Skill: Documentation – abilit
