Maintain building related systems
Maintain building envelop
Ensure safety of hotel guests
Ensure safety of associates
Ensure safety of vendors
Ensure compliance with company Engineering Assumptions/Culture
Ensure compliance with preventative maintenance programs
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
Ensure compliance with Mission Vision and Values
Ensure compliance with all Building/Fire/Health Department codes
Maintain building complex as energy efficient as possible
Assist with preventative maintenance
Complete report work orders
Replace ceiling tiles
Perform preventative maintenance assignments
Assist in checking electrical systems
Make minor repairs to electrical systems
Make replacement of electrical systems
Assist in checking equipment
Make routine repairs of hotel equipment
Assist on major repairs of hotel equipment
Service the hotel's pool
Adjust pool chemicals
Complete maintenance request forms
Record maintenance logs
Maintain the building exterior
Respond to guest questions
Respond to guest complaints
Respond to guest requests
Comply with attendance rules
Perform other job-related duties
