### ### Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager / Stream Lead to drive strategic transformation initiatives within the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong consulting background, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and proven experience leading complex workstreams across strategy, business transformation, analytics, and commercial optimization programs. This role requires a highly analytical and client-facing professional capable of engaging with senior executives, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes. The position is focused on strategic advisory and transformation rather than traditional IT implementation or operational support. ### Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage strategic workstreams within large-scale banking transformation programs. * Drive business strategy, operating model transformation, performance improvement, and commercial optimization initiatives. * Develop executive-level presentations, business cases, strategic recommendations, and transformation roadmaps. * Engage with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives and business leaders, to align objectives and drive decision-making. * Structure and oversee complex analyses, ensuring data-driven insights and actionable recommendations. * Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of project milestones and outcomes. * Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities across workstreams and proactively manage stakeholder expectations. * Support business development activities, proposal development, and client relationship management. * Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and executive governance forums. * Mentor junior consultants and team members while promoting best practices in project delivery. **Requirements** ### Required Qualifications * 7–12 years of professional experience in management consulting, banking transformation, corporate strategy, or
