### ### Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager / Stream Lead to drive strategic transformation initiatives within the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong consulting background, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and proven experience leading complex workstreams across strategy, business transformation, analytics, and commercial optimization programs. This role requires a highly analytical and client-facing professional capable of engaging with senior executives, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
