As the primary onsite point of contact for assigned accounts, you’ll partner closely with internal teams to understand client needs, resolve issues, surface opportunities, and maximize client satisfaction and retention. **What You’ll Do:** **Client Relationship Management** * Serve as the primary onsite contact for assigned client accounts * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers * Understand client business objectives, challenges, and priorities * Conduct regular business reviews and status meetings with clients * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement **Account Growth & Business Development** * Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling services * Develop account plans aligned with client objectives and business goals * Support contract renewals and commercial discussions * Drive revenue growth and profitability within assigned accounts * Monitor market trends and compet
