ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Engagement Manager, you'll be the primary partner to Legora's enterprise accounts — firm or corporate — owning the most complex engagements end-to-end, from rollout through adoption, expansion, and renewal. You'll operate with high autonomy across a sophisticated book, shaping tailored adoption strategies, orchestrating senior stakeholders, and leading consultative renewal and expansion conversations. Beyond your own portfolio, you'll build the scalable frameworks the wider team relies on, coach Engagement Managers and Associates, and feed frontline insight back to internal stakeholders to evolve how Legora delivers value at scale.
