Regular travel requirements across Europe. Fluent in English, with additional European languages considered a plus.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proven experience in consultative or solution-based sales, ideally within Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Salesforce ecosystems. Track record in new business development and closing complex enterprise-level deals. Deep understanding of business applications including CRM, Finance, Supply Chain, and Field Service solutions. Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders including C-level executives (CEO, COO, CMO, CCO, Digital Directors). Commercial acumen combined with analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills. Self-driven, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. Fluent in English, with additional European languages considered a plus. Comfortable operating in international environments with regular travel requirements.

What You'll Do.

Develop and deliver compelling proposals across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related cloud services.

Drive new business acquisition and customer expansion across CRM, Finance, Supply Chain, and Field Service domains.

Maintain knowledge of Microsoft licensing models, product capabilities, and service offerings to position solutions effectively.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate solution design, pricing, and delivery alignment.

Conduct client meetings and presentations, including regular travel across Europe to support business development activities.

Track market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and strengthen pipeline growth.

Ensure consistent follow-through on commitments and maintain high standards of customer engagement throughout the sales process.
