Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification through to negotiation and contract closure within a consultative, solution-led sales framework Engage with senior stakeholders (C-level executives) to understand business challenges and present tailored Microsoft Business Applications solutions Develop and deliver compelling proposals across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related cloud services Drive new business acquisition and customer expansion across CRM, Finance, Supply Chain, and Field Service domains Maintain strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing models, product capabilities, and service offerings to position solutions effectively Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate solution design, pricing, and delivery alignment Conduct client meetings and presentations, including regular travel across Europe to support business development activities Track market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and strengthen pipeline growth Ensure consistent follow-through on commitments and maintain high standards of customer engagement throughout the sales process Requirements: Proven experience in consultative or solution-based sales, ideally within Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Salesforce ecosystems Strong track record in new business development and closing complex enterprise-level deals Deep understanding of business applications including CRM, Finance, Supply Chain, and Field Service solutions Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders including C-level executives (CEO, COO, CMO, CCO, Digital Directors) Strong commercial acumen combined with analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills Self-driven, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field Fluent in English, with additional European languages considered a plus Comfortable operating in international environments
