What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of professional experience at a Software, SaaS, or consulting company, Cyber Security / identity experience, 3+ years of project management experience, 1+ years of people management experience, Experience with project management duties (project planning, budget, scope, schedule, stakeholder, and risk management), Experience working with Sales and Customers to scope services projects for enterprise software

Exceptional mentorship and leadership skills with a passion for continuous improvement, Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners, organizational and multi-tasking abilities
What You'll Do.
Manage tactical project management duties
Manage sales efforts for SailPoint solutions
Understand SaaS and/or Software delivery models
Manage engagement scoping
Manage client communication
Provide escalation support
Manage full scope of customer engagements
Ensure professional growth of team members
Ensure services are provided correctly
Ensure services are billed accurately
Own services portions of deals
Generate proposals and SOWs
Drive services only sales cycles
Serve as client point of contact
Manage project financials
Align and staff crew members
Perform end-to-end project management
Create and maintain project documentation
Provide strategic updates on client performance
Establish and maintain customer success
Identify opportunities for expanding product usage
Assist direct reports in career development
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner cross-functionally during the sales process; Interact with sales reps and sales leadership; Work with the Resourcing Management Office (RMO); Work closely with Customer Success Managers; Provide regular status updates to account teams and Sales Managers
