Must Have
5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or client-facing implementation roles within SaaS or technology industries, Proven ability to communicate complex technical or process concepts clearly and effectively to executive and operational audiences, Demonstrated experience managing client expectations and aligning multiple stakeholders, Familiarity with project management methodologies and delivery frameworks
Nice to Have
Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial technology environments, Knowledge of Industry 4.0 principles and their application in maintenance engineering, smart manufacturing, or digital transformation initiatives, MBA or PMP certification
