ROLE OVERVIEW Engagement Managers, Analytics & Insights play a critical role in shaping and delivering high-impact analytics engagements at Chartis. This role sits at the intersection of client leadership, analytic problem solving, and technical execution, with a strong emphasis on serving payer organizations. Engagement Managers lead end-to-end delivery of analytics work - from scoping and methodology design through execution oversight and executive storytelling. They work directly with client stakeholders, guide analytic teams, and ensure insights are translated into clear, actionable recommendations. This is a hybrid role requiring both strong client-facing skills and technical credibility. The ideal candidate is not purely a hands-on developer nor solely a project manager, but a leader who can define the “how,” guide the work, and confidently engage both executives and analysts.
