What You'll Achieve.
Deliver an ambitious growth plan around our core revenue generating activity; Drive increased and measurable impact to revenue, engagement and product usage from our members across the UK and EU; Deliver a first class automation and personalisation programme; Deliver their KPIs; Ensure the overall programme meets (and exceeds!) business objectives
Industry & Context.
Ability to dig deeper, to analyse and report on overall area performance against multiple KPIs, campaign inputs, and industry benchmarks; Clearing any roadblocks that may occur
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ yrs of relevant experience, Proven track record in CRM, Using targeting, automation and personalisation across multiple channels to deliver significant upweights in revenue, Ability to dig deeper, to analyse and report on overall area performance against multiple KPIs, campaign inputs, and industry benchmarks to ensure the overall programme meets (and exceeds!) business objectives, Excellent communication skills, Well organised, Passion for speed, efficiency and people management, Able to adapt quickly and efficiently to changing priorities
Nice to Have
Experience of Banking, Financial Services, Insurance or Small Business Marketing, Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience using the Looker reporting suite
What You'll Do.
Take the ‘big picture’ for your area
Identify the trends within it
Break it down to define the required actions to deliver an ambitious growth plan around our core revenue generating activity
Re-engage and retain members across UK and EU markets
Rebuilding habits and encouraging sustained
Own the contact strategy and planning process
develop and motivate your team to deliver a first class automation and personalisation programme
Incorporate multiple marketing channels and touchpoints
nudge and nurture our members
Build out a fantastic
experienced team with a passion and established track record for testing and delivering their KPIs
Set clear direction and clearing any roadblocks that may occur
Provide coaching and direction
Support your team in their development
Set and launch the campaign strategy across retention and reactivation
report and present on KPIs and campaign performance
Support the team with building
executing and optimising campaign workflows
Define a full testing and personalisation roadmap
Support finance forecasting across Tide’s strategic modes of discovery
Manage stakeholder relationships
Support strategic thinking across Accession marketing
Marketing Analytics and product development
Drive wider cross-CRM best practice
