After four years in consulting, you know how to run a complex engagement. Business cases, senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, delivery under pressure. You are good at it. You have probably also noticed: the work ends at the recommendation. Someone else builds it. Someone else owns what happens next. This role changes that. As an Engagement Lead at FSAI, you own the full lifecycle. Discovery through Proof of Concept, MVP, and production deployment. You lead the team that builds. You are accountable for the outcome, not just the analysis. What You Will Do Working directly with enterprise clients, you will structure business cases and value drivers tied to strategic outcomes, translate client needs into scoped AI solutions, design AI Co-Worker logic and deployment roadmaps.. You will represent FSAI at executive and steering committee level throughout.
