What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, 8+ years of experience in data protection, compliance, operational risk management, or related fields, 3+ years in a managerial role, Familiarity with privacy risk assessments, regulatory reporting standards, and control frameworks within Managed Services delivery models, Experience leveraging automation and monitoring tools to oversee compliance efforts and identify risk trends
Nice to Have
Advanced certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/C, CIPM, CIPT, CISSP, or ISO 27001, A Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related fields, Experience in compliance monitoring, regulatory oversight, or delivery assurance functions
What You'll Do.
Lead testing and implementation of compliance controls
Align processes to best practices and regulations
Prepare reporting for governing functions
Provide recommendations for risk trends
Develop and manage structured workflows
Coordinate mitigation of compliance risks
Conduct engagement data risk assessments
Maintain managed services business continuity plans
Maintain offering data risk profiles
Mentor team members in data protection
Deliver training sessions and workshops
Create and maintain playbooks and SOPs
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with IT, legal, risk and operational stakeholders; Coordinate with OFR, Engagement teams, Delivery Excellence, OGC, Independence; Engage with internal and external stakeholders; Guide client teams on best practices

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Influence and negotiate across teams
Process & Methodology
Project planning, Project budgeting, Project execution, Project completion, Develop and manage structured workflows, Ensure alignment with project objectives
