Bachelor's degree in the Healing Arts or Education, 1 year experience working with adults with mental illness, Knowledge of homelessness, Valid Massachusetts drivers license

Master's degree in the Healing Arts or Education a plus
What You'll Do.
Perform outreach and engagement activities
Identify homeless individuals with mental health and co-occurring
Provide clinical services
Provide crisis intervention and counseling
Provide concrete services such as warm clothing
Encourage use of housing resources
Facilitate linkage to services/entitlements
