Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, five (5) or more years of related business experience required, good computer skills to Microsoft Word, Excel, & Lotus SmartSuite, good math skills, good SPC skills, positive “can do” attitude, self-starter, ability to manage multiple priorities, high tolerance for stressful situations, ability to read automotive blueprints and engineering specifications, ability to perform work while sitting for up to eight (8) hours on a continuous basis, ability to stand, walk or climb stairs a minimum of eight (8) hours on a continuous basis, ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis and 50 pounds on an infrequent basis, Good vision at a close distance as well as color acuity is required, capable of performing a full range of repetitive motion for up to eight (8) hours a day

Certified Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
