What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in technical or business field, 7+ years Energy & Utilities experience, 4+ years contracts management experience, 3+ years power transaction/contracting in US East markets, Experience performing financial models and analysis on rates and energy cost, Experience negotiating interconnection agreements and related contracts
Nice to Have
Master's degree or MBA, Experience in project management, Experience in data centers or related tech companies, Experience with electrical distribution systems design, 2+ years Energy & Utilities experience, 6+ years working with government officials and regulatory bodies

Develop and execute utilities strategy for AWS data
EPC and Owner's Engineers
Deliver MV and HV power infrastructure
Negotiate and contract for power infrastructure
Develop and execute energy strategies
Leverage capital projects to reduce energy costs
Manage capital budgets for electrical infrastructure
Support development of strategic energy sourcing opportunities
Execute electricity supply contracts
Create new clean energy capacity
Leverage energy opportunities
Manage complex energy projects
Collaborate on energy project implementation
Meet business timelines for energy projects
Identify innovative cost savings projects
Develop cost savings initiatives
Complete due diligence on opportunities
Develop opportunities into cost savings
Work with utility regulators
Develop policies and guidelines
