What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. 8–10+ years of experience in client-facing roles within engineering, architecture, or construction industries. Demonstrated experience working in matrixed, multidisciplinary organizations. Communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Experience managing multiple clients and complex project portfolios simultaneously.
Nice to Have
Proven success developing and executing market or client growth strategies. Established client relationships within relevant public or private sector markets. Experience managing large programs, multi-project portfolios, or framework agreements. Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder delivery environments. Active participation in relevant professional industry organizations.

Position Summary As an Energy Services Leader, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth within a key market sector and serving as a subject matter expert in client engagement, procurement processes, and project delivery frameworks relevant to large-scale engineering and design programs. You will collaborate closely with firm leadership, business development teams, and technical discipline leaders to develop and execute a market growth strategy. This role includes leading pursuits, supporting contract onboarding, overseeing project execution at a program level, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. You will also serve as a key connector between clients and internal project teams, ensuring alignment between scope, schedule, budget, and overall client satisfaction. This role sits within an integrated engineering and design environment focused on delivering coordinated, high-performance solutions across complex building and infrastructure projects.
