5+ years of experience working with logistics, Confidence working with data and analyzing problems, using spreadsheets and Equinor systems, Belief they can develop into a communicator, and a wish to develop negotiation skills and build third party relationships, Has either some rail or other operations or logistics experience, and who wants to get involved in a detailed logistics-based business, ultimately making and actioning commercial decisions, Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently
Nice to Have
Experience working with rail logistics highly desirable, Expertise with automated analytical tools desirable

scheduling and managing the movement of commodities
Supply scheduling logistics
Analysis of system tankage inventories
Managing control centres
