What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years of electrical construction experience, Licensed Journeyman or equivalent experience, Experience with LOTO, Understanding of one-line diagrams and schematics, Ability to review equipment submittals, NFPA 70E Trained, OSHA 30, Microsoft Office products proficiency, Ability to travel to job sites, Ability to lift up to fifty pounds, Ability to work from various heights, Able to work a 40-hour work week, Able to work overtime and off-hour shifts, Able to work in extreme weather conditions, Ability to walk or stand for extended period
What You'll Do.
Oversee and implement Company LOTO policies
Ensure work is done safely
Ensure appropriate LOTOs installed
Coordinate work on systems
Ensure compliance with energy isolation policies
Develop and maintain Energization Status and LOTO programs
Coordinate all energization events
Lead or oversee energization meetings
Ensure proper signage
and safe work practices
Coordinate equipment readiness for energization
Act as liaison between construction
Maintain a master energization tracker
Approve or stop activities involving live systems
Work closely with General Contractor safety
Work closely with Owner safety teams
Review CMOP/FTE procedures
Perform regular audits of LOTO log

As an Energy Marshal, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the Company’s LOTO policies on construction projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure our work is being done safely with all appropriate LOTOs installed and coordinate the work that needs to be completed on systems that have been turned over from construction to commissioning or the Client/Owner.
