You’ll provide advanced Windows support in day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting and remediating operating system configuration and deployment-related issues. You’ll analyze and resolve Windows OS and application issues, remediate vulnerabilities, and support endpoint provisioning and upgrades. You’ll participate in technical incident bridges, coordinate efforts across teams, and communicate technical issues using executive-level language when required. You’ll analyze incident history and operational trends to determine actionable insights and improvements.
