Must Have
technical leadership experience in an endpoint, desktop engineering, compliance, or operations environment, Solid knowledge of endpoint patching and device compliance practices, Experience with Microsoft Intune and/or MECM/SCCM, Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments, Understanding of deployment rings, phased rollouts, compliance reporting, exceptions, and remediation workflows, Ability to interpret compliance data and turn it into action, written and verbal communication skills, A structured, practical, and outcome-focused approach, Confidence working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly, A collaborative style and the ability to work effectively with security, service owners, customer teams, and operational stakeholders
Nice to Have
Patch My PC or similar third-party application patching tools, Microsoft Intune patching and update rings, MECM software update management, Patch My PC catalogue, publishing, and deployment workflows, Windows Autopatch, Microsoft Defender update compliance, macOS patching and application update management, ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, Compliance reporting, audit support, and operational dashboards, Managed services or multi-customer environments
