**Hourly Pay Range:** $20.69 - $30.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. _Position Highlights:_ * Position: Registered Nurse * Location: Chicago * Full time * Hours: * 40 hours per week plus call requirement. * Schedule: Availability from 7am-5:30pm M-F with call requirements (PMs, Nights and weekends included) * Travel: * Floating Locations 1-2 times per month: NorthShore Gi Labs (Evanston and Skokie GI Labs) _What you will do:_ Assists with providing nursing care to patients undergoing procedures in the Outpatient Surgery Department. Performs processing of instruments and equipment in OPS to assure prompt and safe re-use. _What you will need:_ * Education: * High School Graduate or equivalent * Certification: * CPR BLS through American Heart Association * Experience: * Must satisfactorily complete a planned orientation program at Swedish Covenant Hospital * Good communication skills * Ability to interact effectively with others * Ability to observe and report accurately * Technical ability for handling specialized instrumentation and equipment * Ability to handle confidentiality appropriately * One year of hospital experience or equivalent experience preferred * Certified Nursing Assistant or Surgical Technician preferred **Benefits (For full time or part time positions):** * Eligibility for our Annual Incentive Plan, which offers the potential to earn a certain percentage amount of your base salary based on organizational performance.
