What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Degree in IT or relevant experience, At least two years of practical experience, Fluent in Dutch, Fluent in French

Nice to Have

Experience with Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, Experience with support tools, Hands-on knowledge of Audio-Visual equipment, Hands-on knowledge of Collaboration equipment, English is a plus

Perform first-line diagnostics

Ensure smooth daily IT operations

Install and configure new equipment

Perform IMACD activities

Provide on-site support

Assist users with equipment usage

Assist users with software usage

Provide second-line support

Document necessary procedures

Work within ITIL processes

Manage configurations

Classify user requests

Follow-up user requests

Classify technical interventions

Track technical interventions

Follow-up technical interventions
