What You'll Achieve.
Deliver on-site end-user support; Resolve within SLA or escalate appropriately

Diagnose and resolve desktop/laptop incidents; Troubleshoot Windows client OS; Perform limited software troubleshooting; Liaise with AV suppliers for incident resolution
Occasional travel to remote sites, Occasional out-of-hours work, Role is based on a nuclear-licensed site, Security clearance required: SC to start, Eligibility for DV, DV as standard depending on assignment
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
EUC hardware knowledge, hands-on break/fix experience, Experience supporting HP multifunction printers, Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft applications, Solid PC and peripheral hardware knowledge, Experience with ITSM processes, SLA adherence, Familiarity with CAT5/fibre patching, Full UK driving licence, eligibility for nuclear-licensed site clearance
Nice to Have
ITIL Foundation, SCCM knowledge, Microsoft certifications, CompTIA certifications
What You'll Do.
Deliver on-site end-user support
Diagnose and resolve desktop/laptop incidents
Troubleshoot Windows client OS
Perform software troubleshooting
Support endpoint encryption and WSUS updates
Administer Active Directory
Assist with SCCM deployments
Build standard and non-standard refurbish devices
Perform warranty and non-warranty repairs
Manage break/fix stock
Maintain asset records
Maintain networked HP multifunction printers
Manage customer PUK code access
and install new print devices
Support print fleet optimisation
Provide walk-in support
Ensure excellent customer communication
Manage conference rooms
Conduct assurance visits
Liaise with AV suppliers
Respond to VIP support requests
Perform CAT5 and fibre network patching
Provide hands-and-eyes support
Maintain clear ticket updates
Coordinate small refresh projects
Act as point of contact for leadership
