What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10+ years of experience in endpoint or workplace engineering, track record in managing large-scale, multi-region endpoint platforms using SCCM, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and Microsoft Intune, Hands-on experience implementing and managing enterprise endpoint security solutions, including the Microsoft Defender suite, within regulated environments, Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex, systemic issues at enterprise scale across multiple platforms and interdependencies, Demonstrated ability to operate independently while managing multiple concurrent initiatives across regions and time zones, Extensive experience working within matrixed, globally distributed organisations, collaborating effectively with regional IT, security, architecture teams, and external service providers

Nice to Have

Advanced scripting and automation expertise in PowerShell, working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Solid understanding of technology risk management, security controls, and regulatory compliance, with experience supporting audits and regulatory reviews across multiple relevant certifications are advantageous
