About the Role: Responsible for working as part of a team that supports the delivery of technology services to the organization and ensuring an appropriate level of service is delivered. What You Will Do: Provides support for Pathward’s technologies and recommends improvements. Works closely with stakeholders to obtain supporting information and data to develop a consistent view of product performance, quality and operational support functions. Contributes to estimates on work in a timely manner and delivers against them. Administrator for end user technologies including workstation design, installallation, configuration and maintenance. Performs system integration testing of operating systems, related utilities and hardware. Other duties as assigned. What You Will Need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
