2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support or a related field, MDM (InTune and Jamf), managing inbound tickets end-to-end, document troubleshooting processes and communicate solutions clearly to users, identifying process improvements and contributing to operational efficiency, Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune, MDM for macOS and Windows platforms, supporting IT environments with 1,600 + endpoints, macOS, iOS, and Windows systems, M365, Zendesk, Adobe, and Keeper, Okta or similar SSO platforms
