Fluency in English, with additional European languages (German and/or French) considered a advantage
What You'll Do.
Execute RFQ processes end‑to‑end
and validating vendor pricing
and completing client pricing templates
Manage vendor communication during pursuits and transitions
including award and rejection notifications
and go‑live readiness coordination
low‑value negotiations within defined thresholds
escalating appropriately when needed
Analyse client contracts to identify supplier requirements and prepare
and terminate supplier contracts using approved templates
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date supplier contract registers
and related transition documentation
Coordinate end‑to‑end supplier onboarding
including Aravo follow‑ups
Support purchase order processes
supplier setup with finance systems
and provide guidance to suppliers on tool usage
Maintain reporting and documentation across Smartsheet
and sourcing governance materials
