What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–3 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, learning, Ability to work independently from a brief with minimal supervision, attention to detail and organizational skills, Reliable internet connection and a professional, distraction-free remote work environment
Nice to Have
Experience working with US-based teams in a remote, async-first environment, Familiarity with instructional design principles or learning frameworks (e. g. , ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy), Experience building or managing Outreach sequences, Background supporting B2B SaaS or technology companies, Exposure to SPICED, MEDDIC, or other structured sales methodologies

Enablement Specialist Augury is looking for an Enablement Specialist to join our Revenue Enablement team. This is an execution-focused role that reports directly to the Revenue Enablement Manager and exists to help close a critical capacity gap across our go-to-market organization. You will work under the strategic direction of the Enablement Manager to build, upload, organize, and deliver enablement programs and content. This is not a leadership role; rather, it is a high-impact, hands-on position for someone who thrives on building, working independently, and seeing their output directly used by Sales and Customer Success teams. Time Zone Requirement: This role requires availability during US Eastern business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET), Monday through Friday.
